1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are available only within 7 days of enrollment, provided:
  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • You haven’t downloaded the full course materials or certificate

2. How to Request a Refund

• Send an email to digitelentacademy@gmail.com with your:
  • Full name
  • Course enrolled
  • Reason for refund
• Our team will credit the approved refund into original method of payment  within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refunds will not be provided if:
  • You’re requesting after 7 days of purchase
  • You have accessed major content or downloaded materials
  • Courses purchased at discount/sale rates unless technical error occurred
